Integration
Our association supports newcomers in Finland by organizing various low-threshold activities and services.
Our work includes cultural and sports events, support in finding study and employment opportunities, language skills development and networking, guidance on social and digital issues, as well as training courses and informational sessions.
Health and well-being
We support newcomers in accessing healthcare services in Finland by partnering with Finnish health associations. Together, we share information, organize support groups, and provide translated health-related materials.
Advice and info
Our association assists with filling out applications for benefits, allowances, and pensions — including online forms. We also offer free individual consultations on dealing with public authorities such as Migri, DVV, Vero, Kela, the police, and TE Office.
Work and study
We offer consultations, training courses, and informational events for both adults and youth.
Several times a year, we organize job-seeker courses covering career planning, employment, education, digital skills, and meetings with employers.
We also provide opportunities for work trials, subsidized employment, and internships for students.
Culture and hobbies
We regularly organize cultural events for children and adults — including concerts, festivals, and more.
On an ongoing basis, we offer educational courses, seminars, and workshops, creative clubs and art studios, sports, music, and theatre activities, language courses and language cafés, various support groups.
Volunteer training
Every year, our association trains several hundred volunteers to carry out various activities across the country. Our volunteers lead support groups, mentor immigrants, and assist people with different health conditions. They organize digital clubs, social counseling, and cultural events in different cities in Finland. We are proud to have built such a large community of people ready to help and support others!
