Digituki Arkeen - digital support
Our goal is to make modern digital services more accessible and convenient for new residents of Finland.
Who We Help and How

Supporting Public Organizations
We help organizations set up modern, paperless offices, streamline electronic document management and archiving, and train staff to create digital reports, graphics, and statistics. We also teach how to use online platforms for events. Additionally, we train volunteers to assist the public in navigating digital services.

Training Volunteers
We train volunteers across Finland so they can, in turn, help people use digital services—including social and healthcare services—and handle various digital devices. Volunteers trained by us provide consultations in 17 cities across the country.

Supporting Older Adults
We organize regular “Digital Clubs” and other learning sessions for older adults, where participants explore digital services together and actively use digital devices.
Our sessions teach older adults how to independently use all the digital services available in Finland.

Educating Children, Youth, and Parents
We help children and young people use the internet and social media safely, create digital projects and graphics, and develop digital skills. Parents receive training on online safety and guidance on how to protect their children from potential risks in the digital environment.

Offering Educational Webinars
We host regular Russian-language webinars on topics such as filling out various documents, registrations, applications, booking appointments, checking health records, searching for jobs, submitting resumes, and many other everyday digital tasks—all from home.

Providing Individual Consultations
For those with questions about using digital devices or online services, we offer one-on-one consultations in Helsinki, by phone, or via email.

Translating Materials and Creating Instructions
To make it easier to use digital services, we translate forms and key informational materials into Russian and create both printed and video guides for using Finland’s digital services.
Consultations
We can help you navigate and find the information you need on websites such as KELA, TE-toimisto, Omakanta, Vero, Posti, and others. We guide you in using online services from social and government agencies, searching for and renting housing, finding work or educational opportunities, and working with digital tools and devices—including phones, tablets, smartphones, and computers.
You can always reach out to us for help with your smartphone, tablet, or computer. We’ll show you how to add the necessary apps and set up notifications on your mobile device or email.
