Our projects

In cooperation with Finnish health organizations, we have worked to raise awareness about health and well-being among Russian-speaking immigrants. Our activities included volunteer training, peer support groups, production and distribution of informative materials, and participation in joint events and awareness campaigns.

During the emergency situation (COVID-19), we provided nationwide support to Russian-speaking immigrants in risk groups. Our efforts focused on communication, volunteer engagement, and collaboration with local authorities and organizations to ensure effective and timely support.

We support  immigrants in feeling more confident and connected in Finland. With peer groups, volunteers, and mentoring, we promote well-being and build bridges between different communities.

We support third sector social and well-being organizations around Finland. As part of the activity, we organize training sessions and consultations aimed at strengthening their skills in administration, communication, and cooperation with public authorities. We also promote networking and collaboration between organizations and official institutions.

​We provide support to immigrants and civic organizations in matters of digital interaction with public services. Through accessible digital assistance, training events, and informational support, we help strengthen digital skills and confidence in using online services.

DIGITUKI ARKEEN in the regions >

Several times a year, we organize employment support courses for immigrants. Participants learn how the Finnish job market works, how to take the first steps in job searching, write a good CV, succeed in interviews, and present themselves confidently to employers. The course also covers topics like social adaptation, entrepreneurship, and other useful tools for navigating working life in Finland. The course also includes Finnish language lessons.
